Jane finds that the side effects to the drugs her dentist asked her to take have a profoundly freeing effect on her fantasies. In fact, everything changes over the course of the day, but they make her so drowsy. She manages to see the positive and ends up deciding that taking good care of her teeth is important to enough to forgive strange side effects from the medication.
